Windows application for transfer and search of documents
cuConnect for Windows connects Windows, MS Office and the SAP system. On the one hand the user can conveniently search for data in the SAP system right from the Windows desktop. On the other hand the user may transfer documents of all formats directly from the desktop to the SAP system via a drag and drop function – without opening the SAP system – and can create a new record in the same step.
Automated document creation on the basis of Microsoft
Office The cuDocument Builder automatically creates documents and contracts (e.g. employment contracts, emails, standard written correspondence etc.) in Microsoft Word. Predefined placeholders in the document will be filled automatically with data from the SAP system. Management dashboards on the basis of Excel, too, can be created easily. For this, the cuPower Creator generates dashboards from well-designed Excel templates and the data available in the SAP system.
