The stops of buses 193 and 191 are just a few steps away. The travel time from the underground station Langenhorn Markt is about eight minutes. The city center of Hamburg is appr. 20 minutes away.

Travel by car
- For users of navigation systems: enter Südportal 5 or Niendorfer Straße 200, Norderstedt
- From the centre of Hamburg and the airport: drive towards Norderstedt via the airport slipway. At the end of the slipway turn left into Niendorfer Straße. On the left-hand side you will already see the “nordport towers”. After 200 m, turn left into the street Südportal.
- From the western part of Hamburg and from the motorway A7: drive on Ring 3, take the exit number 23 (HH-Schnelsen-Nord) towards Norderstedt, then turn right into Swebenweg. Then, after you crossed the Krohnstiegtunnel, turn left into Niendorfer Straße. After 400m, turn left again into the street Südportal.
- From the eastern part of Hamburg: take the Ring 3 towards the airport. In front of the Krohnstiegtunnel, turn right towards Norderstedt and enter Niendorfer Straße. After 400 m turn left again into Südportal.
- From Norderstedt drive on Niendorfer Straße towards Airport / Flughafen and before you reach the airport slipway, turn right, into the street Südportal.
Travel by public transport
- Take the subway U2 towards Niendorf Markt, then take the bus 191 towards Garstedt, and exit at Krohnstiegtunnel or Südportal.
- Take the subway U1 towards Norderstedt Mitte and exit at Langenhorn Markt. Then take bus 193 towards Garstedt, and exit at Südportal, or take bus 24 towards Niendorf Markt and exit at Krohnstiegtunnel.
- Take rapid transit S1 towards Poppenbüttel / Hamburg Airport, exit at the Airport and take a taxi (approx. 5 minutes travel time) to Südportal (for users of navigation systems: Niendorfer Straße 200).
