SAP Certified - Integration with SAP S/4HANA

Hamburg, November 14, 2017 – The document, contract and license management solutions cuSmarText, cuContract and cuLicense 9 of Circle Unlimited have been certified twice this year by SAP. The solutions that have been available for use with SAP S/4HANA for a long time, have now received the quality seal „SAP® Certified Integration with SAP S/4HANA®″. SAP S/4HANA is the next generation business suite for the SAP HANA platform with on-premise and cloud-deployment options. The technology allows a much quicker data provision, especially for complex calculations and helps users to promote the digital transformation company-wide. Here, you can use the award-winning, role based user experience of SAP Fiori® whose interface is also supported by the S-series of the next generation of cuSolutions.

Also, the cuSolutions cuSmarText, cuContract and cuLicense 9 are once again „SAP® Certified – Powered by SAP NetWeaver®″. Thus, SAP SE confirms the integration of the current version of the solutions in SAP NetWeaver. Both certifications are valid for three years. Stay on top of documents during their entire lifecycle

With cuSmarText, Circle Unlimited provides an SAP system-integrated document management for a company-wide usage. Users can organize all documents: from creation and editing, to storage and final destruction. Everything is stored in an audit-proof manner in electronic records. Furthermore, the solution allows for the automated creation of documents with data and text modules from the SAP system(s) and contains an optimized full-text search.

Manage contracts beyond different departments

Via cuContract you can manage all contracts (e.g. with customers, suppliers or employees) including their associated processes, documents and emails in electronic records across departments. The solution also offers functions such as an integrated appointment and deadline management, automated permission and release workflows as well as a sales and cost control.

The document management as well as the contract management are available mobile (incl. flexible offline record) on the smartphone and tablet.

Manage licenses and rights transparently

cuLicense allows for the central management of licenses, e.g. of software, film and text, within an organization and the fulfillment of all compliance requirements.
