The consulting team is trained and certified in the following methodology:

PRINCE2 Foundation (Projects In Controlled Environments). This is one of the leading process-oriented project management methods. It provides a structured framework for the respective project and gives members of the project management team precise recommendations for action in each phase of the project.

ITIL Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). This is a collection of lessons learned in IT Service Management. It aims at standardizing the selection, planning, delivery and support of services to the customer.
