Circle Unlimited’s workforce is experienced in controlling projects and can thus draw on established process models and methods. To be prepared they complete a number of standardized education modules and regular courses for advanced training.

The consulting team is trained and certified in the following methodology:

PRINCE2 Foundation (Projects In Controlled Environments). This is one of the leading process-oriented project management methods. It provides a structured framework for the respective project and gives members of the project management team precise recommendations for action in each phase of the project.

ITIL Foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). This is a collection of lessons learned in IT Service Management. It aims at standardizing the selection, planning, delivery and support of services to the customer.

Analysis and conception

Phase 1: Design Define project team and roles, detailed description of business case, define targets, develop strategies, run kick-off meeting, prepare workshops

Phase 2: Workshops Work on input for the concept in cooperation with departments of the customer, analysis of business processes, analysis of requirements, compare current and future situation
